when king Arthur was watching over the war he thought it was going good until he felt a sharp stab in his back
Arthur hit the ground and his sword flew out. He layed there for a bit then died and sir Bedivere came across his body
Bedivere took Arthur's sword and ran by a lake area. He felt guilty for taking the sword but it was too nice of a sword to leave

bedivere decided to just run away and leave the sword behind. The guilt was too great
bedivere ran and ran until he reached a young mans house where he confessed what had did
"the king died and instead of helping I stole his sword"

feeling better now that he confessed Bedivere started to run back to the sword before the man could even say anything
when Bedivere had gotten back to the sword he got on his knees and decided to pick it up the sword and get rid of it

Bedivere tossed the sword in the lake and started to run away without looking back
Bedivere felt more guilty about the sword now until he confessed to a young noble and he explained that he actually did good
Arthur had actually said that the sword was meant to be thrown in the lake before he died, you did a huge favor

Bedivere felt relieved, he grabbed his own sword and returned to the war. The war that bedivere led from that point on leading them to win the war
