Well happiness is the feeling of the person when he/she achieve the dream they want and is satisfied to the life he/she have.

Flourishing means to live a good life, while happiness is the key in having a good life
If we deeply explain about life, not everyone lives a happy and good life.
But to achieve both, flourishing and happiness, a person should be satisfied on what he/she achieve and believe in their purpose in life.
