Stress is one of the biggest factors that effects our mental and emotional wellness. The three stages of stress are:Alarm stage: In this stage your body releases adrenaline which causes your heart and beating rates to increase. This is known as the flight or fight stage.Resistance stage: If you decide to deal with the stress, you enter this stage. In this stage you feel drained but eventually you won't feel stressed.Exhaustion Stage: When stress lasts for large quantities of time you enter this stage in which you feel like you can't even deal with the stress any more.
