  • Goodmorning sir i am Nurse Cardo Dalisay and i will be in charge fo your examination today. Now it seems to be the matter sir?
  • Well nurse recently. I have been getting a lot pf aching pain and stillness aroung my arms back, and legs.
  • Do not be alarmed since you started that you've only recently started working out. It is likely that you are experiencing delayed onset muscle soreness whic is common amongs first timers in gym.
  • I see, what have you been doing recently Sir which may cause these anches and pains.
  • Well i've been recently going to the gym and doing proper exercise but i've following the proper procedures and advice given to me by my friends who exercise with me.
  • Do not be alarmed DOMS usually last around 24 to 72 hours. Just dont works with your mucles too hard, keep your nutrition checked and after 24 to 72 hours your body will feel better. DOMS are just a response to intense workout and is common amongst these who start out eventually. your body will build more strenght and endurance.

  • Oh i see so should be worried? should i be doing something about this?
