We hugged tight, we toasted with too many words..like our drinks.

we confessed our fears poorly. skipping stones on the lake. something about stones and fathers.

under our microscopes, we fried ants and gave them to our crushes. we pushed and shoved. we laughed.

between us and the men we wanted to become, there was a boulder. we couldn't move it with brute strength and so decided it was impossible. we were blaming.

we never did this in the past! our family is cursed!
why are we blaming? Nothing is cursed!!

we hung out with the men on our side and it wasn't so bad
Lysbilde: 8
miserable as we were, we were never alone
Lysbilde: 9
thus resolved we could live with our failure if all of us stayed here.

where we only touched fists and never for long

The next day...
the boys were happy and their friendship will last forever

Great, how about you?
the men are happy and have a great friendship
