I realized that this was the best decision I could've made. Now, I won't face the effects of alcohol, no legal or school problems, and will now reduce my chances of building an addiction.
Internal influence: HealthI value my body and health which can influence my decision. Alcohol and cause me long term effects and short term effects. These inclue trouble walking, slow reaction times, and body diseases.
Let's look at the positive and negative consequences of these three choices.1) Let them buy me alcohol and drink it together.Positive consequence: I get to hang out with my friends and have fun.Negative consequence: I could get into a lot of trouble for underage drinking. Underage drinking can alead to legal problems and may cause school problems if I build an addiction.2) Decline their offer and say I have to go home.Postive consequence: I won't get into any trouble and will reduce the chances of building an alcohol addiction in the future.Negative consequence: My friends will think I'm a baby and won't want to be my friends anymore.3) Try to hang out with them without drinking.Positive consequence: I won't drink the alcohol and face the effects of it, such as heart disease and cancer.Negative consequence: Your friends might peer pressure you into drinking it.
