Well when I study I end up procrastinating and I feel like it has been affecting my performance

I don’t know what to do, we are presenting today and I didn’t even finish half the project(thinking to himself).
I know, I feel so stressed, I shouldn’t have been playing the whole time and leaving this to the end.
Next time, I am gonna work on a project from a long time and each time do small parts and that would help me finish and not leave it to the end. It will help me not stress
