- Hello my name is Sam Anderson and I am interviewing Isani Abdus- Samad and Barack Obama on their views on leadership.
- What would you focus on if you were the leader of a kingdom and why?
- What would be the primary goal of your leadership?
- The primary goal of my leadership would be to plant more trees and use them for cooking and heating. I will also use them to produce more oxygen for my kingdom to breathe. I would reduce climate change using renewable energy sources such as Geothermal, Solar, Hydro, and Wind
- What kind of natural resources would you have in your kingdom and how would you ensure they were used wisely?
- I would have the same resources as the USA such as Water, trees, and coal.
- What do you consider to be the most essential characteristics for a leader to have?
- The most essential characteristic for a leader to have is the ability to understand other people because then you would see many perspectives and it would be easier to balance.
- What would you focus on if you were the leader of a kingdom and why?
- If I was a leader of a kingdom I would focus on equality because if everyone is equal there will be balance

- Leaders that I know in my everyday are people like my parents, my track and basketball coaches, and Mama Njeri. They help me with sports, schoolwork and learning.
- I lead my siblings when we are playing together. Most of the leading that I do is by example. By listening I an showing the younger kids ta good example that they should listen to the coaches.
