  • Homes in the Paleolithic Age
  • What are those things behind you?
  • They are our homes we live inside them.
  • Shelters/Homes in the Neolithic Age
  • Oh… but how do you have time to build them
  • We have enough food so we have more time to build instead of hunt
  • Hunting and Gathering in the Paleolithic Age
  • But how do you have more than enough food if you don’t hunt?

  • With a stable food supply we also have more time to have jobs. Like weaving (which is what she’s doing) and toolmaking.
  • In the Paleolithic Age people hunted and gathered food, so they really weren’t able to collect a lot before the food runs out. In the Neolithic Age, people found out how to farm so they had an easier time collecting food.

  • For example they had more time to have jobs. Some of their jobs were basket weavers, toolmakers, farmers, traders, and clothing makers.
  • Called it.
  • Having a stable food supply was the most important change from the Paleolithic Age to the Neolithic Age. With a stable food supply, people were able to trade and have jobs and build shelters and communities.
  • Hmm…
  • How exactly are we talking to each other?
  • What now?
  • I…Don’t know
  • He’s gonna ask another question. Isn’t he?
