- So you've called my firm and I John Doe the Solicitor am here to represent you. Do you want representation?
- Solicitor explains the obligations and rights and contractual arrangements for solicitor to be retained. Client agrees.
- Yes I did kill the young woman

- Let's start by you telling me what happened? did you kill the girl?

- Solicitor refuses to further represent the client. Based on the evidence and facts client is guilty of all charges.
