- Hi Adam, I joined the union. I am so excited to help out the employees.
- That is good news Danny. There is alot of benefits to unions members.
- How many members can be in a union.
- Seeing that we have 1000 employees I need to recruit 333 employees. I am so glad that Danny has joined.
- Appoint a shop stewards.
- We also need to appoint a shop steward. I think we should appoint Andy as the Shop Steward. He will represent workers well. I think he is capable.
- Hi Andy, was informed about a meeting that you want to arranged with me.
- Danny tells Adam that she is now a member of the trade union.
- The Appointed Shop steward.
- Yes Sam, two employees have spoken to me and requested a 10% increase and a bonus.
- Sam notes that there can only be 333 trade union employees as the shop floor has 1000 employees.

- This sounds serious.
- They also mentioned that the increase is long over due and that if management does not agree to their terms, they will go on a strike.
- Seeing that the union members are appointed, Sam is now think about Choosing a Shop Steward.
- Sam wants to arrange another meeting.
- I will have to arrange another meeting before things get out of hand.
- Andy is the appointed Shop steward, however he still needs to report to Sam, as she is the Union Leader.
- Andy Reports back to Sam and tells her what the workers are planning to do.
- Sam is thinking about arranging a meeting, with the employers and managers, they need to sit and talk wage negotiation.
