Študenti sa môžu príliš sústrediť na to, čo by sa mali zlepšiť, ako by mali vyzerať alebo ako by sa mali obliekať. Mládež je náchylná na vplyv médií a médiá sú nanešťastie plné metód roztrhávania tela. Študenti, ktorí už zažívajú skreslené obrázky tela, sú ľahko a silne ovplyvnení. Ak sa dospievajúci môžu zamerať na to, kto sú a čo sa im na nich páči, nemusia byť tak náchylní k tomu, aby šli do extrémov, aby to zmenili. V rámci tejto aktivity sa študenti zamerajú na to, aké sú ich schopnosti namiesto ich vystúpenia.
