Problems with the battery are one of the most prevalent causes of a laptop not charging. Simply remove the laptop and try connecting it in to see wheter the problem is with the battery.
If the laptop continues to turn on, the issue is with the battery, if not, you'll need to look into a diffirent problem.

if this does not work, you'll need to replace it even if your laptop is under warranty, as batteries are not covered in the manufactur's warranty period.
