- Actor's movement: The woman is jogging to the left while the man (Hitchcock cameo) is walking in the other direction. The bellboy is standing still. Camera Movement: Still long shot as the lawyer (woman) moves from one frame to another. Soundtrack: Digetic sounds of the footsteps of the man and the woman running.
- Actors movement: The car drives into the alleyway and waits for the lawyer to arrive. Camera movement: Close up shot of the black face in the rearview mirror, which cuts to a long shot of the car and the alleyway. Soundtrack: Diegetic sound of the revving of the car.
- Actor's movement: The lawyer jogs past the car and the black man in the car leaves a suitcase then drives off. The lawyer picks up the suitcase in curiosity. Camera movement: Tracking shot of the car moving off the frame and extreme close up of her picking up the suitcase. Soundtrack: Diegetic sound of the car racing off and the suitcase dropping.
- Actors movement: She opens up the suitcase. Camera movement: Cutting shot between her face and the contents of the suitcase, which contains an envelope. Soundtrack: Diegetic sound of the briefcase unclasping.
- Actors movement- phone rings as soon as she picks up the briefcase. Camera movement- High angle shot of her picking up the phone Soundtrack: Diegetic sound of the phone ringing (cannot hear what she is saying as well as what the other person is saying)
- Actor's movements: She walks briskly out of frame with a confused facial expression. Camera Movement: Panning shot of her walking out of the alleyway, which then cuts to an over the shoulder shot of her walking into the lit street. Soundtrack- Diegetic sound of her footsteps.
