- Pierce and John take her friends to the underworld to avoid being arrested. Discover that there are thousands of souls overcrowding the caves because the boats have been delayed for an unknown reason.
- Climax
- Two ships are both appear coming rapidly towards the docks. John tries to keep everyone calm but he is not sure what to do.
- Falling Action
- In order to try and stop the ships, John jumps into the water and teleports to them. He turns one of the ships around in order for it to crash into the other one, but that is where they last see John. Since Pierce rushed everyone to go back to the castle.
- Resolution
- Unfortunately, Alastor, John's horse, finds John dead onshore, but nobody understands how this is possible. John was a death diety. He couldn't die, or at least he wasn't supposed. Pierce and her friends set themselves on a quest to find John's soul and bring him back.
- Pierce is able to bring John back to life but they must battle the furies, including her own grandmother, in order to finally get rid of their hassle.
- Pierce and her friends defeat the furies. Her and John move to the Underworld to rule together and are thinking about having a baby!
