It's been a while since that, im still on medication but i go to school every day almost every week. I can function and dont feel sick going to school anymore.

She told me a way for me to handle my panic attacks was to slowly trace an imaginary box in my leg and use the top to breath in, the side to hold my breath, the bottom to exhale, and the other side to hold it again. She explained that this would slow my breath down.
Another way she taught me was to use my five senses. Look for things of a certain color, ask myself what smells i could smell, what could i feel, what could i hear and what could i taste. She told me this would distract me from what i was thinking

She explained to me and my mum that since i was avoiding so much school that the anxiety would go away. she told me even if i start going half a day that it might decrease a bit and make it a bit easier to function
After a few more sessions she decided to put me on medication called fluoxetine, she explained it was also an anti-depressant. she said it was the safest medication to put me on for someone my age.
