Does anyone know what a rate is? If so what’s the difference between a ratio and a rate..
A rate is a special type of ratio witch two quantities are different units!
And the difference is that a ratio is a comparison of two quantities but don't have different unit like a rate.

so first we know that sam walks 3 miles in 1 hour but ow many miles can she walk in in 2 hours?
