USA and Periodic Table are talking.
"How are your states?" Periodic table asked "Good," replied USA, "I'm just writing about my states capitals."
"Whats a state capital?" Asked Periodic Table "A state capital is a City that represents one of my states." Replied USA
"Oh!" Periodic table said, "We have something like that, but we call them Element Symbols." "Cool, but, what are they?" USA asked
"An Element symbol is one or two letters used to represent one of my elements." Periodic Table said "Oh! They are alike!" USA said
"For example, Oxygen's Element Symbol is: O." Periodic Table explained. "One of my state capitals is, Trenton, New Jersey!" USA said. "I guess were pretty alike and we didn't even know it!" Periodic table said.
