- Harry is a librarian who connects with people from all over the world through his foodie blog. Though he’s shy and occasionally struggles with social anxiety, his kind heart always shines through—whether he’s helping patrons at the library or lending a hand at home, Harry is always there for those in need.

- Then one day....
- While chatting with his mom, Harry shares a story about a customer he met through his blog who was struggling to find mental health resources. Determined to help, Harry reassures his friend that he’ll put his research skills to good use and promises to find the support he needs.

- The researching starts...
- Harry is shocked. How is anyone supposed to get the help they need?How will his friend—or anyone—understand what NAMI is really about? It’s the very website he recommended, yet it’s hard to navigate and doesn’t clearly highlight the amazing services it offers. So much help is out there, Harry thinks, but how can people find it if the message gets lost in the design?

- Calling TEAM SMEE!!!!
- Harry picks up the phone and calls a group he recently befriended—a talented UX/UI design team he trusts. He believes they’re the perfect people to revamp the NAMI website and bring its mission to life by showcasing the incredible resources and dedicated staff that make NAMI so impactful.

- The Project is done in record time
- Team SMEE is thrilled to unveil the newly revamped website to Harry, complete with clear navigation and all the incredible mental health resources front and center. Harry is deeply impressed and genuinely grateful. Moved by the impact, he asks the team if they’d be open to collaborating on more projects focused on Mental Health Awareness—a cause that’s especially close to his heart.

- The Follow Up...
- Harry follows up with his friend, who thanks him for recommending NAMI and shares how much he loved the new website. Harry feels fulfilled knowing he was able to help someone in need—and even more excited about continuing his mission to bring Mental Health Awareness resources to others who need them most.
