Frank Sinatra was born in Hoboken, New Jersey on December, 12th 1915.
He left school at 15 to work. He loved singing so he took part in singing competitions. He integrated Harry James orchestra in june 1939 when he became famous.
In the 1960s, he recorded "Strangers in the Night" and "My Way" which were his two greatest songs .In 1961, he did a world tour when he made his own label : "Reprise Records"He sold more than 150 millions records and he sang more than 2000 songs.
He also turned in more than 50 movies.In 1945, he played the main character in "The House I Live In" which allowed him to get an Oscar in 1946.
He married three times. He had two children with Nancy Barbato and he had one child with Mia Farrow.
He died on May, 14 th 1998 in the Center medical Cedars Sinai in Californie when he was 82 years old. This is a heart attach that took him away
