- Oh no she does not look happy... sad even. This won't be good
- I hate to tell you this way, but unfortunately we - we uh - had to put Teddy down today. He bit the neighbor and there was nothing we could do
- HOW COULD YOU! HE WAS MY BEST FRIEND!
- I'm so sorry honey, please forgive me. I loved him too.
- I walked home from school and saw my mom waiting for me with a strange and sad look on her face. My mind started racing... Family problems? Am I in trouble? Did someone die?
- She brought me into the kitchen and what I heard next was hard to take in...
- She did her best to comfort me, but a part of me was gone - there was no way to comfort me.
- What if we... uh... got a new dog? Not to replace Teddy of course! Just to add a new addition to the family!
