Ok, man, so the Proclamation of 1763 is bascially a rule issue by King George III. He wanted to change the boundaries of Georgia since the size of Georgia's land expanded quickly, all the way to California. So the Proclamation forbade colonists from acquiring land west of the Mississippi River.
