Mesopotamia was located in a desert between the tigris river and the Euphrates river. It was not a very good place to farm but Mesopotamia was in the fertile crescent where there was fine soil.
POLITICS
The people from Mesopotamia where polytheistic which means they believed in many gods, they adored their gods in a temple called ziggurat. Mesopotamian people also thought that if they did something wrong the gods would bring bad weather.
ECONOMICS
The people from Mesopotamia had to travel a lot to go to different places to trade things. so they decided to travel through rivers . They invented the sail to make it easier to travel.
SOCIAL STRUCTURE
In Mesopotamia there where many different city states, which means that one city state there was one king for each.
People in Mesopotamia traded food, pottery animals, gold, clothes, and many other things they had.
The first class where the king and queen then the family the the traders and lastly it was the farmers.
