Shot 2: Family continues to stand on dock, mom says that they are going to talk about boater safety. Older son gets irritated. Dad explains that it is their job to keep their kids safe. Kids look confused, act impatient. Birds and water can still be heard in background, but faded.

The plug keeps all the water out of the boat. If isn't in, the boat can hold a little bit of water, but it won't be long til it begins to sink
Before releasing the boat in the water, ALWAYS make sure the plug is securely placed in the bottom of the boat

Do not sit near the engine for long periods of time. Carbon Monoxide Poisoining is a cause of boating related accidents for many people.
Shot 6: Background sounds fade, silence in the background. Parents look serious. Dad begins and Mom follows. Most important rule of the ad. Insert statistics about carbon monoxide in next shot.
If you notice someone acting lethargic, sleepy, dizzy or nauseous, get help immediately. Call 911 if possible. They could have CO poisoning.
It is important to note that CO poisoning and sea-sickness have similar symptoms. but, it's better to be safe than sorry.
