- Lord Krishna is one of the most beloved Hindu gods and is the widely revered god of love, compassion and mischievous pranks! Lord Krishna is the main character in the famous Hindu scripture "Bhagavad Gita". Krishna Janmashtami is an annual Hindu festival that celebrates the birth of Krishna usually in August or September.
