Scene 1: Eteocles and Polyneices killed each other in battle. Creon rose to power(throne). He ordered that Eteocles be burried and Polneices not. He started preaching some laws right off the bat as well. A gaurd appoches later telling Creon him that Polyneices has been burried. Creon basically was like bring me the person who did this or you will die for it.

Scene 5: Teiresias goes on about the sacrifices they made aren't being acccepted. He then implies that Creon cursed them with his wrong doing. Creon basically claims he's wrong. Teiresias then says creon won't see many cycles of the sun before his son dies. He then leaves. Creon is advised to let Antigone free. Creon the rushes off to free Antigone. A messenger tells the chorus leader that Haemon has killed himself. Haemon found Antigone hanging by the neck. Creon then saw Haemon next to Antigone. Haemon in rage swung hhis sword at Creon and missed. He then killed himself next to Antigone. Creon is then told by the meesenger that his wife has died by killing herself at a alter. With her last breathing cursing Creon.

Scence 2: The gaurd came back later w/ Antigone. The gaurd told Creon, he saw her burrying the body. Antigone after questioned about it, admits it. Antigone was basically like i'm gonna die anyway to might as well, it makes no difference. Creon then calls Ismene(Antigone's sister) to the room. They continue to bicker till Ismene arrives. Ismene says she helped Antigone, trying to die too because she doesn't have anything left to love. Antigone agrued with Ismene, trying to saave Ismene.
Scene 3: Haemon enters the room. Creon asks Haemon if he's loyal or against his judgement. Haemon says he's loyal. Creon likes this and goes on about how sons should be and that this women is his 'enemy' and he should forget her. Haemon then says the city is upset and basically called his father stubbern and that he should listen to the advisiors and city. They procced to argue. Haemon then drops hints that if Creon kills Antigone he'd kill himself. Creon calls Anitgone out to die before Haemon. Haemon left the palacce. Creon decieded not to kill Ismene. Creon then decieded that Antigone should be jailed and rot to death.
Then she'll die—and in her death kill someone else.(line 876)

Antigone get's taken to her excution/death room. lot's of talk about gods. Antigone delays here sentence and goes on about honoring her brother, talking about no wedding, basically summurizing what happend. Then there's more talk about gods
