Since there are multiple possible weather expressions per season, have students target each one and place them under the appropriate seasonal column. Below are some of the most common expressions of weather in Spanish for each season.
El otoño:
Hace buen tiempo. / Hace fresco.
Hace viento. / Está nublado.
El invierno:
Hace (mucho) viento. / Nieva.
Hace (mucho) frío.
La primavera:
Llueve.
Hace sol. / Hace buen tiempo. / Hace fresco.
El verano:
Hace (mucho) calor. / Hace buen tiempo.
Hace (mucho) sol.
