Kada razmišljamo o zdravlju i wellnessu neke osobe, mi nastojimo misliti samo na tjelesno zdravlje. Dok je tjelesno zdravlje važno, treba razmotriti još četiri važna aspekta: društveni, duhovni, intelektualni i emocionalni. Svi se spadaju pod krovni pojam "wellness". Ako se jedan od tih aspekata zanemaruje, mogu postojati dugoročni utjecaji koji ometaju razvoj učenika. Sljedeće aktivnosti će se baviti, simulirati i analizirati osobni wellness. Neki od vaših učenika možda se bore s osjetljivim ili traumatskim pitanjima. Približavajući se ovoj jedinici s delikatnošću, osjetljivošću i profesionalnošću, važno je.

  • Reflection on personal levels of wellness.
  • Keeping thoughts and emotions bottled up leads to an unhealthy relationship with processing emotions. This can lead to lashing out and damaging relationships.
  • Ignoring or avoiding friends and social situations may lead to isolation. This may not build strong relations.
  • Avoiding physical activity may lead to obesity and other health problems in the future.
