Dette er den fjerde delen av Illustrated Guide til produktutviklingsserien. En del av produktutviklingen er å forstå kundene dine. Customer Journey Mapping er prosessen med å se på end-to-end-serien av hendelser som utgjør hele historien om før ditt produkt / tjeneste, ved hjelp av ditt produkt / tjeneste og etterpå.
