Een 'Alles over mij'-activiteit is een populaire praktijk voor terug naar school waarmee leerlingen informatie kunnen delen met de klas over hun familie, hun voorkeuren, interesses en hobby's in een poging overeenkomsten te vinden en verschillen te vieren. Deze activiteit combineert de liefde van leerlingen voor sociale media met een Alles over mij-activiteit door de StoryboardThat maker te gebruiken om een poster te maken die eruitziet als een sociale-mediapagina . Studenten kunnen een leuk handvat kiezen, bovenaan een eenvoudige biografie schrijven en tot 12 verschillende scènes maken die hun leven en hun verschillende interesses beschrijven. Boost student engagement by setting up a gallery walk where classmates display and explore each other's social media posters. This encourages peer interaction and builds classroom community as students learn about one another in a structured, supportive environment.
Place each student’s social media poster on desks or walls so everyone can move around and view them comfortably. Spacing out posters helps prevent crowding and allows for focused attention on each student’s work.
Hand out sticky notes so students can write compliments, questions, or connections as they view each poster. This encourages active participation and gives students tangible, uplifting feedback from their peers.
Use a timer to signal when to rotate to the next poster. Remind students to respect each other’s work and to ask questions or make positive comments aloud if time allows. Structured timing ensures that everyone’s work is seen and appreciated.
