Neveselīgu attiecību cikls ir svarīgs jēdziens, kas studentiem jāsaprot, runājot par veselīgām attiecībām. Katras attiecības ir unikālas, un var būt grūti salīdzināt tās ar citām, bet, ja ir ļaunprātīga rīcība vai neveselīgi aspekti, parasti ir kāds modelis. Šis modelis jeb cikls var sākties ar medusmēneša fāzi , turpināties sprieguma veidošanas fāzē , pāriet sprādziena fāzē un beidzot atkal ieiet medusmēneša fāzē, turpinot ciklu. Šim ciklam nav jābūt romantiskām attiecībām; draugi un ģimenes locekļi var iziet šo ciklu, un viņiem ir grūti izkļūt.
Izkļūt no neveselīgām attiecībām ir bīstami un smagi. Pirmais solis ir neveselīgu attiecību cikla atzīšana. Pēc tēmu mācīšanas palieciet studentiem izveidot scenogrāfiju, kas seko neveselīgu attiecību ciklam. Pārraugiet, vai studentu darbos nav neatbilstoša satura.
