  • Guards execute this man I heared him talking about going against France.
  • You're coming with us
  • The Rise of Napoleon
  • I am the greatest leader that ever lived and I'm destined for great things.
  • King Louis the XVI tried to escape France with his family fortunately he has been captured and only made it to Vareens. Everyone thought he would support the new constitution but he decided to escape and have a counter revolution. Then the people executed him with the guillotine and his family after this moment The Reign of Terror began.
  • The downfall of Napoleon
  • The French Revolution completely changed the social and political structure of France. It put an end to the French monarchy, feudalism, and took political power from the catholic church. It brought new ideas to Europe including liberty and freedom for the commoner as well as the abolishment of slavery and rights of woman. Although the revolution ended with the rise of Napoleon the ideas and reforms did not die. These new ideas continued to influence Europe and helped to shape many of Europe's modern day government.
  • During the Reign of Terror people were killed if they went against France and to protect the country from invaders. Thousands of people died and were executed by the guillotine. People in France would tell on other people or neighbors that they are then enemies and make themselves look good. 
  • Conclusion
  •  Napoleon Napoleon was a French military leader and emperor who conquered much of Europe in the early 19th century. He was born on the island of Corsica. Napoleon rapidly rose through the ranks of military during the French Revolution. He won many battles and lost eight.
  • The End
  • During the Fall of Napoleon Napoleon was defeated by the Russians and lost all his power.During the disastrous retreat, his army suffered continual harassment from a suddenly aggressive and merciless Russian army. At least 600,000 people from his army were killed.
