- Hello, is there anything specific you were looking for today?
- Step 3: Present product
- Oooo, they all sound so wonderful.
- Well we have plenty assortments of many candys. Everything is made fresh with long lasting flavor and pleasing scents and flavors :)
- Maybe i'll try some of the gums you sell, though $7 seems a bit high priced for just one pack.
- Salespeople can make or break a sale during the first few minutes with a customer.
- Step 4: Overcome objections
- The gums are all made from natural flavoring and cruelty free, along with allergy free. They also come in packs of 50 so the packs last a while :)
- Listen to the customer to learn about his or her wants/needs.
- Step 5: Close the Sale
- Glad you think so! I can give you some sample pieces and you can decide which flavors you would like. I'll let you decide this and will be waiting at the register just let me know when you're ready.
- Educate the customer about the product's features and benefits.
- Step 6: Suggestion Selling
- Sure, i loved it and you weren't kidding about the long lasting at all.I'll be coming back :)
- Great choice, that flavors is a lot of peoples favorite. We also have gummys, lollipops, and other candys with that flavor here. If you would like, i have some assorted bags with a flavor scheme you could add to your purchase :)
- Listen to the customers concerns and provide detailed information to address the uncertainty.
- Getting the customer's positive agreement to buy, assisting the customer deciding to make the purchase.
- Oh, i guess that makes sense since they are all of that and made fresh and homemade. Which flavors do you have?
- Suggest additional merchandise or services that will save your customer money or help him/her enjoy the original purchase.
