- The swallow takes the ruby from the Happy Prince' eyes.
- Swallow, Swallow, little Swallow, take this ruby to the woman who is sad and who's son is thirsty.
- It lays the ruby down, next to the woman.
- ZZZZ ..... ZZZ ..
- ZZZZ ..... ZZZ ..
- Next, the swallow lays down sapphire to a playwright according to the order of the Happy Prince.
- ZZZZ ..... ZZZ ..
- Next, it gives fine gold to the poor children in the city, in order to fulfil the Happy Prince.
- Hooray! We all can buy bread now, we have gold!
- Hooray! We all can buy bread now, we have gold!
- The swallow then dies and falls down at the feet of the Happy Prince, who turned grey and ugly because every leaf of gold was taken by the swallow for the poor
- Dear, me! The Happy Prince has become shabby. Let's melt him in the furnace.
