- I blame both North and South for Slavery
- My Cartoon is about Harriet Beecher telling South Carolina and North Carolina that she thought both stated were to be blamed for Slavery. North Carolina has a confused face because they don't believe that they are truly to be blamed because they are against slavery. South Carolina is mad because they agree with slavery and do not want anyone going against them to get slavery prevented. The Southern states want slavery to continue and that's what makes them upset when people stand against them. Harriet Beecher published columns in the paper about how shefelts about South and North Carolina both being involved in slavery being such a big problem in America. Her columns she wrote became so popular she wrote a book about what she felt. I agree with her on it being both States fault because the South worked slaves and the North had sold slaves before. She wrote what she believed in and that is the way all things should be in life, everyone should stick by what they believe in.
