- Scene 1
- "Be here all the earlier the next morning."
- Scene 2
- "Greed, Ebenezer Scrooge, wealth. Feel them, Know them.
- Scene 3
- "When you wake, you shall have All the pretty little horses, Black and bays, dapples and grays, All the pretty little horses.
- Bob Cratchit tries asking Scrooge for off work the next day because it is Christmas and he has a bunch of things to do with his family. Since Scrooge hates Christmas and doesn't celebrate with anyone he does not understand why he should get to take the day off.
- Scene 4
- "He'd better to die. It would decrease the surplus population"
- Marley appears in his house showing him what he will end up like in the afterlife if he does not change for the better. He had the same amount of chains as Marley 7 years before the story.
- Scene 5
- A girl with her doll appears and starts singing once more after the first spirit took him to his old sweetheart. Soon after she finishes her song she disappears just as abruptly as she came.
- Scene 6
- "Go and buy it."
- The second spirit shows Scrooge that Tiny Tim is very ill. He continues to talk to Scrooge until he says his famous line back to him. This gives Scrooge a taste of his own medicine while showing him the terrible and awful things he had said the day prior.
- The spirit of Christmas yet to come shows Scrooge that after he has passed away the Cook, Sparsit, and the Charwomen are all trying to take his belongings because they have no respect or sentimental value to anything he has done for them. Scrooge watches them and does not want to be remembered like this after he dies.
- To show everyone in the final scene that he definitely is a changed man he tips a boy extra money to go out and buy the biggest prize turkey at the store for the Cratchit family. He shows up at the Cratchit's house with the turkey and they all dine together.
