The Exposition is when Max describes himself and where he lives. This shows the exposition because it tells us the main character and the main setting
The Rising Action is when Freak and Max find a purse in the sewer. This shows the Rising Action because it is leading to the conflict.
The Climax is when Killer Kane takes Max away from Grim and Gram on Christmas Eve. This shows Climax because it is the event that we did not see coming and the major problem is beginning.
The Falling Action is when Freak saved Max from Killer Kane choking him by squirting chilli powder in his eyes. This shows Falling Action because the story is leading to the end
The Conclusion is when Max finds out that Freak dies and that's when he started writing stories. This shows Conclusion because all the problems are solved.
Two brains are better than one. This is the theme because Freak was a big help to Max (Book represents the story Max told after Freak died)
