- Jing-Mei's mother, force her daughter to play piano and willness her daughter to be prodigy. But her daughter does dont' want to anymore.
- You need to play piano, I already trade my house cleaning for your lessons
- Before the day that Jing-Mei need to perform in Talent show, she need to practice "Pleading Child" song, but instead of memorizing the entire piece, she just plays a few bars, prepare with the deaf teacher before the show.
- Tomorrow, my mom will know that I'm so bad and I hate it. 555 Practice with deaf teacher is the best
- Her paino teahcher, Mr.Chong, wanted her to play the song fluently and beautiful. Jing-Mei first was very confident, but then she played horribly and made mistake after mistake, because she wanted her mothers to not force her and wanted to fight her back.
- I felt very confident and excited, and I'm convinced that the prodigy side of me were really did exist. But, I still should make this wrong so this couldn't got worser.
- After the show, JIng-Mei expect her mother to blame her but she did not. Jing-Mei feel blame, but in deep she still don't want to play piano anymore.

- When JIng-Mei got a piano lesson after the talent show, she have screme and shout at her mom how she feel. After then, they never talk about piano again

- Year past, today is Jing-Mei birthday, her mother had surprise her a gift. A gift that show her forgiveness, piano. Jing-Mei was very happy that she understand her more and forgive her on what she done. Now, piano became special thing for her
