- Scene 1
- Merry Christmas! Why don't you come over for dinner?
- NO! Go away!
- Scene 2
- you will be visited by three spririts!

- Don't Go! I loved you!
- Scrooges nephew Fred visits and asks him over for dinner which Scrooge turns down. Then Scrooge is asked to donate money for the poor, but he cruelly declines that as well. Finally Scrooge reluctantly gives in to Cratchits request for Christmas off.
- Scene 4
- Scrooge declines all of his servants requests for extra money. Then hi is visited bu the ghost of Marley, his old partner. Marley warns him that he will be visited by three spirits that night.
- Scene 5
- Scrooge is visited by the ghost of Christmas past who shows Scrooge himself as a young boy at school and happily serving his old master. Then Scrooge see's his sweetheart leaving him because of his greed.
- Scene 6
- Merry Christmas Everyone!
- The next spirit shows Scrooge the Cratchits house in present time. Mr. Cratchit toasts Scrooge and Mrs. Cratchit reluctantly joins in after insulting her husbands master. Scrooge also relizes that Tiny Tim is sick, and the second spirit torments him with his own words.

- The Spirit of Christmas Future shows Scrooge his servants taking all of his money when he is dead. He also sees that Tiny Tim is dead, and relizes that he could have saved him. Scrooge begins to regret his whole life.
- Scrooge wakes up on Christmas morning and pays a boy generously to deliver a prize turkey to the Cratchits. Scrooge tries to make up for all of his cruelty toward everybody.
