- How are you doing in university and your studies?
- I did it virtual, the classes were by Zoom
- What did you do in class?
- How did you do it? presential or virtual?
- The classes were done with puppets, origami and traditional toys.I told them a fantastic story and the children did it with the materials from their house
- I used tools such to music, videos and even dressing up
- How did you make them live this story?
- Yes, I went to the IMRD of Chia with one different poblation
- I supported the program for the senior persons
- What did you do there?
- Did you do something presential?
- My job consisted of directing musical classes, guiding them on ecological walks, classes focused on strength
- No, those who couldn't go, we went to their houses to do the classes
- But all older adults could go to classes?
- I learned the very importan team work in all ages, be recursive, the use virtual tools, healthy live and care culture
- The practice made me saw the importance of how after so long without physical activity, childrens and adults got bored and needed exercise in their lives

- I was changing a lot but i adapted in a good way and adapted my routines more strict ride a bike, run, healthy eat and walk my girlfriend's pets for can share at those moments
- How did the pandemic affect your daily routine?
- Yes, i think my career change lives allowing to share space and activities with friends and family, where we are all united and taking care of our health at the same time

- From the virus i want to help the population older adults to have better programs or to continue were practicing more physical activities, i will continue practicing more sports constantly, with my family want to spend more time with them
