- Oh My God! I'm really sorry ma'am, I guess I was out of my head. Please forgive me.
- Don't worry, I won't fire you just because of that. But I think I need to remind you again the importance of sterilization.
- Okay, thank you ma'am. I really appreciate your understanding.
- Keeping our materials/tools properly stored and clean is the most essential task our shop must follow. Therefore, we must always remember that we need to sterilize our shop's equipment and tools to destroy all the microorganisms living there.
- There are three easy steps you need to follow when it comes to disinfecting our shop's tools and implements. Do you still remember those?
- Yes ma'am! I still remember those.
- Correct! And lastly, dry and place them into a dry sterilizer until it was all ready to use again.
- First, you need to soak the implements and tools in a hot, soapy water to remove the debris and oil residue and then rinse them thoroughly.
- Yes ma'am, and the next step is to put them in a 70% to 90% alcohol solution for at least 20 minutes.
- Well, I'm glad you didn't forgot those! It seems like you really put effort on your work.
