Hi, my name is Farhanis Ainin Sofea and i want to explain about a balaned diet, effects of an unbalanced diet and digestion process or flow of food.
For a balanced diet have 4 level, which is first eat adequately, second eat plenty, third eat in moderation, and lastly eat less.
A balanced diet is one that has all the classes of food in sufficient amount.
This is some example of a balanced diet which is have more healthy food . on the diet.
Next, we going to effects of an unbalanced diet. have 3 point, first when you eat a fatty food it can make your weight gain.
Second point when you eat more sweets and ice our your daily life it can make your tooth decay. Lastly, not eating vegetable your body can be constipation.
Next i want to explain about the digestion process.
When you chewing, the food is broken down into small pieces by the teeth also the tongue and saliva make the food soft and easy to swallow.
Lastly, the flow of food is the process of food from mouth until anus.
