- The physician asks about his diabetic history and his HbA1C reading of that day taken by Glucometer by John at home, inquires about his current health through video consultation andalso asks him to update the parameters in the app to create his patient history
- John, Updated his health status and he complained about his wound on his feet to the physician for which physician advised to click a picture and upload in the app and has adviced with some medications.
- physician carefully examines the patient and the prescribed medications and suggests to the patient to obtain the medications through the telemedicine functionality in the application by which the medications are delivered home.
