- Fasting and Praying
- Kirra meets with her Shaman to prepare for her vision quest which is something Kirra has wanted to do since she was a little girl
- The arrival of her spirit animal
- Oh my, my spirit helper is a bear!!
- The Shaman tells her to go find a spot to pray and pursue her vision quest. Kirra decides to do her vision quest beside a lake in a forest where her uncle used to bring her all the time as a kid to go fishing,
- Kirras returning home
- I just completed my vision quest and my spirit animal is a bear!
- That's amazing honey I am so proud of you!
- Kirra prays for strength to complete her vision quest at her special location
- The elders interpertation
- I just found out my spirit helper is a bear!
- Wow that's amazing Kirra, the bear symbolizes strength, courage, family and health!
- Kirra spots a bear as her spirit helper and can not wait to get home to tell her family and ask the meaning of the bear
- When Kirra gets home she tells her family and friends that she completed her vision quest and that her spirit helper is a bear and they are all so happy for her.
- Congrats big sis
- After Kirra tells her friends and family about her completion of her vision quest she moves on to go tell the elder and ask her what the bear symbolizes. The elder proceeds to tell Kirra that the bear symbolizes strength, courage, family, and health
