Storyboard Text

  • Jakob.so you need help with these problems, let me show you how to do them so that you know for next class
  • This question is too HARD!! can someone please help me
  • 2^7x2^3=2^5 ÷ 2^2
  • 2^7x2^32^5÷2^2
  • For both of these questions we can use something called the exponent law so we would keep the same base and add both the exponents together
  • 2^7x2^32^5÷2^2
  • So if we keep the base of two and add seven and three together we would have 2^10 or 1024
  • 2^10=1024
  • THAT'S SO COOL!!!
  • And for this question we are doing the same thing except we are subtracting the two exponents
  • 2^5÷2^2
  • ok seems easy enough
  • so if we subract 2^2 from 2^5 we would get 2^3 or 8
  • 2^3=8
  • Your welcome now make sure you're gonna study the exponents law for the quiz tomorrow
  • Thanks Mr Ronald for helping me with these math eqautionds
