A new female student started this week of school, and she is having trouble fitting in. Some of her so called “friends” have been laughing at her behind her back.
She tries not to think negatively about it until they stop talking to her completely and began taunting her aloud. They talked about the way she behaves, dresses, and how much they do not like her.
After a few weeks of ignoring them, she thought it was time to take her mother's advice. So she decided to use a little reverse psychology. When one of the girls stood behind her in the cafe line she said, "her music is so lame." She clapped back and said, "I know. And I think your music is so hype! It had me doing the two-step & cabbage patch in line." The other kids began to laugh and said she is so funny. Then she heard a voice say, "hey, new kid. Come and sit with us." Needless to say, she wasn't bullied anymore.
