- The british were supplying the native rebellions lead by tecumseh against manifest destiny
- Weird, these are british guns!
- Welcome to the british navy. You are now under british jurisdiction.
- The British were also capturing american sailors. Calling it impressment as they were searching for deserters of the british navy. But were taking in citizens of the United States.
- Fools! I'm american not british!
- HEY! WE"RE LOSING MONEY
- They restricted trade. They could handle it, we couldn't.
- War followed up quickly. The british were prioritized on France so America was winning. We killed the native leader, Tecumseh, during the Battle of Thomas.and burned down a city near our border.
- FIRE
- Left us snacks and plenty of fuel.
- The victories were short lived as the napoleonic wars came to a close and they stormed into Washington DC and burned the White House down. The president, James Madison, escaped with the national treasuries as the British started walking in.
- "Mission Failed, we'll get them next time."
- But after a brutal barrage at Fort McHenry, the raising of the US colors symbolized that the fort and this nation were not going to give up.
