- This is my English Language school. We run 20 week English course for young learners.

- These are my students, I have to write a progress report to send to their parents in week 3. One is really falling behind in their reading and writing, he may need to go down a level.

- This is my Senior teacher, I need to tell him that my student is failing and that we need to suggest to the parents that she needs to move down a grade

- I need to talk to my Director of Studies about what activities to run for my Open Door class. Parents have really high expectations for their children and I really want to showcase what their child can do!

- Parent teacher meetings happen in week 20. I need to prepare lots of examples of student work and also be really specific with my feedback so parents know exactly how their child progressed.
