- Yah! I made the travel basketball team!
- Be ready for our C-V game tomorrow!
- Game in 2 minutes!
- Ugh! We are gonna loose!
- Josh got an email from the Travel Basketball team that he made the team! He starts practice in a week. After three years of trying out and not making the cut, his dream comes true.
- They won jump ball!
- Come on Guys!
- After weeks of practice, Josh is ready for his game against Cumberland Valley, or CV tomorrow! He knows he has to shoot the ball, after all, he isn't too confident in his shot.
- I have to shoot a 3 and in the game!
- Guys its 26-24 with three seconds left!
- Coach gives the team a brief pep talk before the game telling the team that they can win! Also, he says if it comes down to a winning shot, Josh will take it.
- WAHOO!
- Yes!
- I knew I could do it!
- CV won the jump ball, scoring a few points making the score 0-3, CV. Them we scored a quick jumper and Josh hit a three making it 5-3, us. Later, in the third quarter it is 16-16. CV takes up the ball with five seconds left hitting a half court shot! Score, 16-19.
- The score is 24-24 with ten seconds left, and CV takes up the ball, holds it and waists time until there is five seconds left. They shot a 2 pointer and made it! Oh no! 24-26 we are down and our coach calls a time out. The plan is for Josh to take up the ball and hit a three.
- 24-26, Josh is taking up the ball; 5,4; Josh dribbles to the left side; 3,2; he stops, takes a deep breath; 1,' shoots, BZZZZ! It swooshes! Just in time for it to go in! We won the game making the score 27-26! For the first time ever we beat CV!
