- Hi, today i'll tell you about the history of the computer
- Computers as we know them today were invented in the nineteenth century by an English mathematics professor named Charles Babbage, who created the Analytical engine.
- Let's go!!
- The first generation began in 1937, with the invention of the first electrical digital computer by Dr. Clifford Berry and John V. Atanasoff
- The first general-purpose digital computer was constructed in 1946.
- In 1943, an electronic computer known as the Colossus was constructed for the military.
- The tale continues with the second generation (1947–1962) of computers, which began to use transistors.
- In addition, the first commercial computer was introduced in 1951.
- In addition, computers began to use memory, operating systems, and storage media such as tape and disk.
